The button to enable 2fa authenticator is greyed out. Already tried updating, uninstalling/reinstalling app, and logging in on PC none of these work. Has anyone figured out a solution to this? Been having this issue for months now this is getting frusterating.
I am in USA and my app doesn’t have that option . when I tap reset button, it will ask me directly to 2FA code. What should I do? Can you help me?
how to get back to see QR CODE? my authy also not working
I have access to 2FA but it says it is wrong. The app is obviously not working correctly because when I go to paste my 2FA it makes me log in with passcode and I presume that is causing 2FA to reset before I can enter it from my copy. RIdiculous scam.
