How to Reset Your Device Factory Default Settings

Have you ever forgotten the WiFi password on your mobile network and can’t verify your identity? If you’re seeing this interface on your device, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered on how to unlock it. Here’s what you need to do:

First, press start and then check the box and agree. Once you agree, you’ll see many options. You’ll need to go to the setup menu. After going there, you’ll see that an unauthorized attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. It’s prompting you to connect to WiFi on your mobile network to verify your identity. This means that you’ll need to verify the identity you had before initiating the hard reset on your mobile device.

Without internet, you won’t be able to proceed further. Once you press okay, connect to the internet and turn on your hotspot. After turning on your hotspot and connecting to it, proceed with the connection. Once connected, it may take some time to check your internet connection. After confirming the connection, if you still can’t proceed, you’ll need to enter your passcode.

Once you enter your passcode, press connect to successfully establish the connection. Wait a few moments and your phone will show you the pattern to unlock it. If you don’t remember the pattern, you’ll have the option to try again. Keep in mind that if the unlock doesn’t work, you will have the option to try again but with the use of ‘My’ option.

Your mobile device may have a full FRP lock that is preventing you from unlocking it. So, make sure to follow these steps carefully to reset your device to factory default settings and unlock it successfully.
