  1. The fact that the Google pixels new camera can do all of this, is actually what worries me. We are erasing the past and replacing it with a new past and it’s going from professional technology like what is used to change scenes in past movies, two consumer technology. And once we replace the past enough times, and we get used to replacing the past, That becomes an open door for anybody to manipulate what we know is very important in the past and to literally have people be fine with it or people not even notice it. Can you imagine if we get to the point that we end up like Russia and we see murderous dictators, like Stalin, to be fine and good , this technology that Google has is just another steppingstone in that direction. If we don’t have the past, we don’t have a future, and being able to do that for consumers on the fly, just shows how close we are getting to a world where our own memories Are replaced. After all, if you could easily manipulate a photo to the point where it’s not even representing what it once did, eventually the memory of the original moment is also gone, replaced by the new memory since that’s how human mind works. Eventually, you can convince your brain that the new memory is the real one, and the real memory just is gone. This genuinely worries me. And I’m not some 5060 something year-old looking at the past through nostalgia. I’m young with an appreciation of the past and everything that comes with it.

  2. Why is the audio so bad on the phone? Is it because of the converter I'm using? 100% capacity of the volume is equal to 60% capacity of my OnePlus 7. Anyone facing the same problem?

  3. Been using Pixel 8 pro for a month.
Verdict – One of the worst smartphones I have ever had. Ergonomics is bad, the phone is bulky and due to the fact that its back side is semicircular, it doesn't rest in the palm firmly, always trying to slip out. A solution is a phone case.
Blurs and freezes video when watching movies, YouTube or Instagram. Slow charge even with OEM charger.
Not for games at all, slow reaction and gets hot. I used to have OnePlus 8 pro – maybe camera of OnePlus is a bit behind pixel 8 pro, but the rest of the stuff is way better than pixel.

  4. I made a mistake and get 8 pro as an upgrade for s21 ultra and can say that pixel is a scam – iphone is better, galaxy s is better, xperia is better. All these pure Android experience is total bs – in a month I desperately want to get rid of pixel 8 pro and get either iphone or samsung/sony

  5. If the Pixel actually gets the full 7 years of software support, they might be the first phone I used other than the iPhone. I don't really care about specs or specific features on a phone anymore, I much rather have a robust support structure across the board.

I'm talking actual trained human reps, virtually no supply-chain issues, repairing processes, software and firmware support, etc.

I came really close to switching to either Pixel 7 or Galaxy Fold 4, but what stopped me was for the prices of those devices, I'm expecting at minimum 5-6 years of support. And every time I look at switching to Android, even through the same companies, it's always a mixed bag. I aware Samsung and Google are the closest when it comes to a stable support system in the U.S., but I want a guaranteed support system, not a promise.

Cool phone, cool review, I'm skipping on Pixel again. Already bought a new iPhone last year, don't plan on switching for another 6-7 years.

  6. Don't get one Bluetooth doesn't work, touch screen issues, stuttering they're terrible the pixel 6 pro was better than the 8 pro. I have just sent mine back and I'm not fussy. Not good value for money

  7. Hello, I would like to ask if you were able to test the pixel 8 pro again after updates. i am eagerly waiting for your video as it will help me whether i should buy the device or wait for the Oneplus 12. As Black Friday is coming. Thank you for your videos.

  8. This is probably a waste of time but I just have to ask. I'm curious, is there anybody out there that has gotten the Pixel 8 Pro and bot liked it? I mean there might be a thing or 2 that you may not like about it (there is ZERO things i dont like about it i absolutely love it) BUT IF THERE is anyone who has gotten the Pixel 8 Pro and not liked it, WHAT DO YOU NOT LIKE ABOUT IT????

  9. I upgraded to the Pixel 8 pro about a week ago from a Pixel 6a and i have to say this phone dispite alot of people may not agree but it truly is the BEST SMART PHONE EVER SO FAR IN HUMAN EXISTENCE!!!! I could go on all day about this phone from the language translator to the music identifier to the battery life to it holding over 22,000 pictures. It does some things that other phones will do but the big difference with the pixel 8 Pro is it comes with so much stuff on the phone or on other phones. You have to download it and it takes up more space on the phone and with the pixel 8 Pro coming with everything on it you don't have to download really anything you know other than like Facebook and games, lol.

  10. 7 years of updates, yah right, even your non-replaceable battery won't last that long, that is if Goodle even lives up to any promises they make, which they don't, looking at you pixel plus.
Hey phone makers why don't you have replaceable batteries, well that's because we're greedy & not really green like we say we are, & like throw away technology that will only last 2-3 years.

  11. I have the pixel 7, and weirdly all of your complaints aren't apparent when I use them on mine. I know I don't have the AI but all of the other complaints are either not really there on miniscule on this.
