Mine was off in the system services menu
Thanks I was able to fix my issue. It wasn’t fully synced with my phone.
Just reset your location settings in general, that was the only thing that worked.

For me find my is grayed out and I have no clue why
No idea what worked but I think it was turning share my location (under system services) off and back on. So dumb
privacy > location services > system services > share location
couldn’t figure it out for months, this worked for me
