Unlocking FRP on Infinix Note 12 5G Mobile

Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Our client has an Infinix Note 12 5G mobile with an FRP lock. They tried unlocking it using the unlock tool but it didn’t work. So, I am unlocking it using a different tool.

Firstly, I selected Infinix in the tool, then entered the model number. Both X61 and X671 are the same models. Clicked on reset FRP, then clicked OK. Now, I will ask them to switch off the mobile and press the volume down button to proceed.
