Firstly, you need to connect your device to Wi-Fi. As shown in the video, once you have connected it, move it towards the gate where your phone is ready to be recognized. Advance through the screen lock verification and continue the process. Your device will be ready for the fingerprint recognition to operate.

I would like to share a bit of information as well – do not copy these steps, understand and follow them until the end. Here, you can see it is checking the info and asking for a verified pin. Use the screen lock pin that you have set, if you don’t remember it, use your old method.

After that, you need to go back and move forward again towards the Forget Me option. Give some time to waste here, then proceed with the actions quickly. You can go back and try again if needed. Pay attention and follow these steps correctly in the video.
