Understanding and Bypassing FRP Lock on O2 Devices

Hey guys, welcome back to Proxima. Today, I have an O2 device with me that has a FRP lock enabled. I tried to bypass it using various methods, but none of them seem to work. This means that no bypass tool is currently working on this device. So, today, we will bypass it using the ISP method. This is the final method we have for now, as there is no patch available for any tools. Let’s go ahead and unlock this device.

Removing the Board and IC

First, you need to remove the seal from the board and locate the MMC IC. You will see a small dot which represents our data line. Remove the dot to reveal all the lines below it. Now, quickly remove the IC, carefully removing the glue on top. Once you remove the glue, you will see the points underneath. I will show you under a microscope how these components look.

Finding the PIN

Under the microscope, you can see two tracks that need to be pinout. You can lightly scratch it off from the number 11 plate. Once I have done the ISP, you can see the information is updated. I will show you how I have added it to the attack and receive the information here.

Detecting the Detail

You can see that the detail has been detected. First, you need to go to the General tab and then click on Advance FRP Remove. Click on the MMC UFAP and then click on the MMSC UEFAP. Here you can see the removing FRP operation has been done. Once we have removed the FRP, we check if it is successfully removed.

Setting up the Device

Now that our FRP has been successfully removed, we can proceed to set up the device. The Offline option is showing up, indicating that the FRP has been removed. This means that our phone is done and you can see the lock has been successfully removed using the attack method.

With this method, we were able to bypass the FRP lock on an O2 device successfully. This is a detailed process that requires careful handling and precision.
