To do this, with the device turned off, press volume up and volume down while connecting the cable to the PC. On the blue screen, release the buttons and press volume up to see the information. If you see “prenormal” it means there is no MDM. And if you see the letter B and the number 11, it shows the binary it is on. In this case, binary 11 means it is server-based only.

Now, I will turn on the device and pull the serial number. With the serial number, I will check if there are any restrictions and then proceed to unlock the device through the server. These are the information that I need from you. Apart from the blue screen in download mode, when the device turns on, click on emergency, and type *#06#. Take a photo of the information displayed on the screen and send it to me. I will check if everything is okay, and then you can proceed with the payment and I will continue with the process.

This method is VMA, but we also have the method via USB redirector. In both methods, I will need this information, so I will be waiting for you to send me the details. Once I have pulled the necessary data, I will launch it on the server and continue with the process.
